    Refunds

     

    If for any reason you are not happy with the service you are receiving please bring it to our attention so that we may try to resolve any concerns and allow for the programme to get back on track.

     

    In the event that you genuinely believe that you have not received value for money, you can request a refund of any outstanding payments you have made by writing to:

    Refund requests must be made in writing.

     

    Refund requests must be received by us within 60 days of the date of the original purchase.

     

    We will action all such requests within 14 days of receipt of the request.

    Cancellations

    You must notify me of all cancellations and amendments to your consultation and bookings by contacting nourished health

    You must provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellations or changes to your consultations.

    If you provide me with less than 24 hours notice of any cancellation or changes to your consultation, I will charge you and you will incur, a fee of 50% of the full consultation hourly rate.

     

    If you fail to turn up for a session, I will charge you and you will incur a fee of 100% of the full consultation hourly rate.

     

    Payments

     

    All payments must be made in full, online. Alternatively, you can pay for programme consultations in person prior to starting the programme on the date of your initial consultation. 

     

    Payments in installments must be paid within 60 days of your agreement to undertake a programme, allowing 50% of the total cost to be paid upon the first consultation within the first 30 days and the remaining 50% to be paid within the 60 day period.

     

    All payments must be made in full prior, or upon signing an agreement to pay in installments to a payment plan, to any sessions being undertaken.

     

    For all online purchases, you should retain a copy of the programme agreement, these terms and conditions and your receipt for any payment of programme purchases you make.

     

    Expiry and Extensions

     

    All programmes must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase, after which time any unused sessions will be lost and no refund will be made. This is to ensure we deliver all your required sessions to enable you to achieve your goals.

    You may extend Nutritional Therapy programmes purchased for between one month and 12 full calendar months for the following reasons:

    - Pregnancy

    - Serious illness

    - Serious injury

    - Redundancy
